Now that the whole world loves Clemson following its thrilling 38-35 victory over Georgia on Saturday night, here's a video that's really blowing up on social media. It's from ABC/ESPN's broadcast of the game, and it's the entire running-down-the-Hill sequence -- the bus ride from the locker room to the actual sprint into the stadium. It captures a lot of angles I've never seen before. Enjoy.
"To hell with the best team winning. I want us to win." -- Frank Howard, Clemson football coach, 1940-1969

Man charged in Howard's Rock case won't leave school board
Michael Rodgers, who is a member of the Transylvania (N.C.) County School Board, says he's a victim of injustice in the Howard's Rock vandalism case against his son, Micah:
Michael Rodgers, who is also a Baptist pastor, is charged with obstructing justice by advising his son and others involved in the case "to be untruthful about their actions when questioned by law enforcement."
“My determination to find the truth has resulted in me being charged with a crime that I absolutely did not commit,” Michael Rogers wrote. “Unfortunately my role in trying to find the truth has led to these allegations.”

More arrests in Howard's Rock vandalization
This case just gets weirder and weirder. In addition to Micah Rogers, 18, who was charged in June, Clemson police charged 17-year-old Alden James Gainey and this seemingly upstanding member of the community:
Very strange.
Michael Rogers, who did not respond to repeated requests for comment, owns a masonry business in Pisgah Forest and has served as pastor of Dunn’s Creek Baptist Church in Brevard since 2008, according to the Transylvania (N.C.) County School Board website. His school board tenure ran from 2002 to 2009, and he was reappointed to the board in January of this year.
Very strange.

Pretty heady company:
Memorial Stadium, Clemson: Dubbed the 25 most exciting seconds in college football, the Tigers gather at the top of a hill and each player touches Howard's Rock as he sprints down to the field.Check out the whole gallery here, courtesy of my employer.

| AP Photo/Anderson Independent-Mail, Mark Crammer |
The question remains: Why would a so-called Clemson fan do such a thing?
